Work involved for Remanufacture....
Machine was completely disassembled
All castings were sanded and prepared for painting and painted
3 coats of hard enamel were applied.
Electrical Cabinet refurbished to install New Fanuc electronics.
Control console custom built for Fanuc OiMF PLUS Control New side air conditioning unit added to side of cabinet for better cooling and dust control Air /Hydraulic Cabinet have been reconditioned and painted.
All new airlines and fittings in air cabinet.
Screws and nuts have been cleaned and reinstalled with new thrust bearings.
 
New Fanuc OIMF-PLUS 5 axis control with color touch screen Control options added:

Table and Carriage underside have been diamond honed and reconditioned.
Reciprocation system has been fully rebuilt.

New Universal and Pins.
New oil lines installed
Direct coupled Fanuc motor For C axis. Using anti backlash coupler.

4 Axis or RZ1 Control Drive Ready.
